Event description

The last federal budget demonstrated the government’s commitment to cleantech as a source of growth and opportunity for Canadians. The budget contained $2.2-billion in new spending in an attempt to help Canada gain a larger share of the $1-trillion global cleantech sector. The commitments included program funding for R&D and other initiatives to increase financing support to help Canadian clean tech companies bring their product to new domestic and global markets.
